Toronto and GTA Prepare for Up to 40mm of Rain as Texas Low Approaches

After a stretch of summer-like weather with sunny skies earlier this week, southern Ontario is bracing for a significant rainfall event due to a Texas low. Toronto is expected to receive up to 40 millimeters of rain.

The rainfall is predicted to commence around 4 a.m. on Thursday and continue throughout the day. By around 8 p.m., the intensity of the rain will increase, with approximately 3 millimeters falling per hour expected by midnight.
